The Group Practice Concept
At CROWS NEST DENTAL CENTRE we apply the concept of the “group practice” which has many advantages over the “solo practitioner” concept.

Firstly there is a constant internal pressure from within the practice for change and improvement. This results from the differing opinions and expectations of each of the dentists and staff, producing a less conservative and more innovative environment which would not be the case should one dentist only be left unto hisor her own devises.

Secondly there is the advantage of “on the spot” second opinions available from one’s colleagues. This is particularly useful for difficult diagnosis and treatment options. Thirdly we have the advantage of the back-up from colleagues at times of illness or holidays.
